GRILLED SQUID WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients:

8 moderately cleaned squid

2 cups milk

For the sauce

juice of two lemons 4 teaspoons mustard 8 tablespoons olive oil 2 full spoons of fresh oregano pepper

1/2 bunch chopped parsley

Instructions:

Thoroughly clean the squid and cut them into slices without cutting them all the way down.

Put them in a large metal bowl and marinate overnight with milk.

The next day we take them out of the milk, drain them well and lightly oil them.

Put the mustard and the juice of the two lemons in a bowl.

Beat lightly and slowly add the olive oil until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Add the oregano and pepper, try and correct the sauce.


Bake on very high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

Do not overcook them because they will harden.

Take them out on a plate and pour the mustard sauce and chopped parsley over them.
